PLEASE NOTE:Â If no one is home to sign for the package, it will be left at the door without receiving a signature.Â
SHIPPING RATES: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Our company also has the right to charge a flat rate shipping fee instead of charging shipping fees based on weight. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping.
SHIPPING All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Business days does not include holidays or weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order has been shipped and you're experiencing a delay in receiving you order, please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive by the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered by the listed delivery date. Once order is shipped, it is the customer responsibility to follow up with USPS in regards to any concerns pertaining to their order. By shopping with our company, you automatically agree to the terms of the shipping policy!

DELIVERY CLAIMS:
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 48 hours to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the clams process. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.Â

Once your package is in the hands of the courier, our company is no longer responsible for the package! Our company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages! Our company does NOT hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.Â

We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to recipients that are out of town, have moved, or if any part of the name or address is incorrect or missing. We are charged for each incorrect or incomplete address; therefore , we reserve the right to bill you for this fee. We are also not responsible for orders that are stolen due to the recipient not being home at the time of delivery.Â
Our company is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses! Please double check your address prior to submitting your order!Â
